Hiroshima --> Mount Fuji - day 11
Today we spent the day travelling from Hiroshima to Mount Fuji. We took the Shinkansen for the first time during our trip. This train is called the bullet train and is the equivalent of the french TGV, but the inside is really different. You feel like in a plane!! The train is really fast and comfortable, which for once was very good! It took us 4 hours to go from Hiroshima to Mishima (with a quick change in Nagoya) followed by 2 hours of bus in order to climb until Kawaguchiko, a little town in the mountains, next to Kawaguchiko Lake near Mt Fuji. The hostel we are in is very clean and very nice, with a huge TV room that we intend to use tonight! There is also an Onsen Bath (traditional japanese bath) just next to our hostel, so that's very cool!
